DIRECTOR - Helena Whitetaker

With years of financial services experience, spanning investment banking, capital markets, wealth management and asset management, Helena provides expert, independent advice to a range of clients.

Previously, she served as Head of Asset & Wealth Management at Deutsche Bank, one of the four divisions of the bank, managing total client assets of almost USD 1.3 trillion. She was also a member of the Deutsche Bank Group Executive Committee. In this role she supervised a team of over 6,000 people in 33 countries.

Helena Whitetaker is a dynamic and visionary leader. With her expertise in business management and finance, she identifies inefficiencies and implements a successful supply chain business model.

When not working, her interests include reading, watching sports, fitness, contemporary art, skiing and car racing.

DIRECTOR - Paul Ford

Paul Ford is responsible for spearheading NeoBondCapital's business development, investments in adjacent markets and corporate alliances.

He has over 18 years of experience in working for multinational firms in manufacturing, design, sales and marketing. Most recently Paul led worldwide marketing efforts for various products.

Paul earned his BE degree in Instrumentation and Control from Cambridge University, MS degree in Statistics from Texas Tech University and MBA with an emphasis in corporate strategy and marketing from the University of California at Berkeley.

DIRECTOR - Edward Cart

Edward Cart has over 15 years of international experience in the investment industry and a unique first-hand knowledge of nearly all segments of the finance sector, from negotiation of contracts to assessment strategies, development, joint venture governance and asset management.

A master of accounting and computer analyst by education, he spent most of his professional career with HSBC where he grew through the ranks and held a number of positions at a senior executive level, managing multi-billion-dollar assets and overseeing major capital projects, world-wide exploration, research and technology innovation. He has worked and lived in many countries across four continents.

Edward enjoys travelling and skiing with his family and holds a Bachelors Degree in Finance and a Master in Applied Accounting.

C.E.O - Kenneth Davies

Kenneth Davies is the Chief Executive Officer and the lead sponsor of standard policies at NeoBondCapital. He leads the process consulting business unit at NBC.

He is a graduate in Business Administration.

When not working, Ken channels his energy into programmes for development in globally through education and works with several children’s charities and NGOs in furtherance of this cause.
